Mangoes or Mangos?

So which is the proper plural form of our favorite fruit the mango? According to my Webster's College Dictionary, both mangos and mangoes are accepted spellings.

At Erickson Farm we have adopted MANGOS because it is:

- easier to fit on signs.
- the same in English and Spanish.

Of course if you prefer to write mangoes that is just fine too! It's a win-win situation.

  2. Domestic mangos? Wow. I never see Florida mangos in North Jersey. They're from Brazil, Mexico, Haiti, even India. Why is that?
